Inspiration: True leadership

​In every career, you’ll meet people who become so consumed with their own advancement that they forget the value of helping others. It’s an unfortunate truth; sometimes what looks like support is really self-interest in disguise. But here’s the lesson: not everyone will genuinely invest in your growth and that’s okay. What matters is that you stay committed to lifting others up. True leadership isn’t about using people as stepping stones, it’s about leaving them stronger than when you found them. When you encounter those who are only in it for themselves, don’t let their choices discourage you.
