Fitness: Four minute stretch routine #4
Before you finish each workout, you should try to perform one of these stretching routines. If you don’t know the stretch, don’t worry you can watch the video above and follow along. Hold each stretch for 20 seconds and perform two circuits. I like to use the interval timer to keep me honest (I tend to stop early) and on-track. Feel free to substitute and change the stretches.
