Crews respond to bus on fire in Cape Town CBD
A bus caught fire at the MyCiTi Civic Centre Station in Cape Town at around 7h00am on Saturday, 21 November 2020. Jermaine Carelse, spokesperson for the City of Cape Town Fire and Rescue Service reported, “This incident was reported at 06h49 and two fire engines, one from Roeland Street Fire Station and the other from Brooklyn Fire Station with a total of 10 staff members responded. The fire was extinguished at 07h22 and the bus was extensively damaged with no injuries reported.
