This video demonstrates 6 positional and assessment techniques that you can use when you're confronted with an entanglement situation. You don't have to remember what they're called, we just give them names for instructional purposes. What should be remembered is the importance of PREVENTING these situations as well as PRACTICING various techniques that will allow you to get out quickly and efficiently if they ever occur.
