The Nelson Mandela University Higher Certificate in Veldfire Management (HCVM) course, a municipal chief fire officer’s perspective

Having completed the HCVM course I can say in all sincerity, each fire officer who works inside a fire-prone biome should enrol in this course. The wealth of knowledge one attains through the course is invaluable in managing your community wildland fire risks, their safety and their interests in the fire biome they reside or work in.
