Fox portable pumps have been in service worldwide for years and have proven themselves in the toughest firefighting operations. They are renowned for their absolute reliability. This is precisely where the new Fox model continues the trend: Even more power, low weight and user-friendly as usual. With a flow capacity of 2 050l/min at an outlet pressure of 10 bar and a suction lift of 3m, the new Fox portable pump meets the requirements of the PFPN 10-2000 standard, enabling two B-hose lines to be supplied with 1 000l/min even over long distances. This reduces the number of portable pumps required in relay operation and thus also the necessary manpower.
At the same time, the Fox impresses with its low weight of 172kg (ready for operation according to EN 14466) and minimal dimensions of 923 x 636 x 845mm. This provides more storage space and payload in the emergency vehicle and facilitates transport over the final few meters.
The Fox portable pump is fitted with a single-stage centrifugal pump. Its impeller with spatially curved blades in a spiral housing made of light alloy guarantees a very high efficiency level. A stainless steel pump shaft, a maintenance-free mechanical shaft seal and the tension ring design of the pump also make the Fox extremely easy to maintain.
