ETS Emergency Training Solutions (Pty) Ltd develops e-learning platform
ETS has developed an e-learning platform to assist learners with the necessary support and assistance to participate in alternative options to train and prepare for assessments. We have gone to great lengths to ensure that the systems, policies and procedures meet the requirements for SETAs, QCTO and IFSAC accreditation. E-learning, distant learning or self-study refers to alternative methods of learning and Instructor/facilitator interaction. Options will be listed for each programme offered through alternative learning methods. The e-learning platform currently only accommodates the knowledge components of the standards and levels and where indicated agreed assignments. Skill and workplace requirements must be completed through traditional training and preparation methods. These options include:
E-Assessment The E-assessment platform is designed to meet the requirements of all the accreditation entities ETS is recognised by. The e-assessment platform currently only accommodates the knowledge components as well as assignments, where listed, of the standards and levels. Skill and workplace requirements will be assessed trough traditional assessment methods. E-assessments will only be conducted at approved venues and specific dates and times. These sessions will be facilitated by ETS approved assessors/invigilators. All programmes available on the e-assessment platform will be listed in the ETS website. We are continuously developing are updating more programmes that can be accommodated on the E-learning platform.
