FireDos introduces compact M1 monitor for stationary fire protection and fire trucks

The FireDos M1 monitor meets the latest market requirements and was developed specifically for the needs of stationary fire protection and fire departments. With its compact dimensions, it is one of the smallest fire monitors with electric drives and is perfect for use in confined spaces. Despite its compact design, the M1 fire monitor is available with two different working ranges. Equipped with 24V DC drives, it can also be operated remotely using the FireDos control system.
A typical application is stationary fire protection in waste bunkers, recycling plants, auto stores (automated storages/ASRS systems) or on helicopter landing pads. In addition, the M1 fire monitor can be used as a front monitor on all common fire trucks, for example, to successfully fight vegetation fires.

The right nozzle for your application
The M1 monitor can be equipped with either the MPN or AMPN multi-purpose nozzle. If the MPN multi-purpose nozzle is selected, the extinguishing agent flow is adjusted and tested by our experts in accordance with customer specifications. The Adjustable Multi-Purpose Nozzle (AMPN) allows the extinguishing agent flow to be continuously adjusted between 150 and 1 000 l/min or 400 and 2 000 l/min at the touch of a button. Optionally, both nozzles of the monitor can also be designed as flat jet nozzles, which produce a fan-shaped extinguishing jet.

Optional flat jet nozzle: effective extinguishing of larger areas
The flat jet version produces a wide fan-shaped extinguishing jet. This allows larger areas eg in forest and vegetation fires, to be extinguished more quickly and effectively.
