Designed with the needs of modern firefighters in mind, this nozzle is a versatile, high-performance solution for effectively battling fires. Whether it's for structural fires, wildfires or industrial applications, the MasterFoam Nozzle delivers reliability and effectiveness with every use. The Task Force Tips MasterFoam Nozzle is designed to provide superior foam generation and precise stream control. It integrates advanced technology with user-friendly features to ensure that firefighters can perform under pressure. The nozzle's ability to work seamlessly with a variety of foam concentrates makes it an essential tool for various firefighting scenarios.

Key benefits and technical features
1. Enhanced foam generation with self-educting foam proportioning

2. Versatile adjustable fog pattern

3. Multiple flow options and versions

Available in a variety of configurations, the MasterFoam Nozzle comes in multiple flow options and versions to meet the needs of various firefighting applications:
  • Small version: Features a 2.5” (65mm) inlet coupling with NH, NPSH or BSP thread; flow rates of 250, 350, 500 or 750gpm (950, 1 325, 1 900 or 2 900lpm). Compatible with FoamJet attachments and offers foam orifice plates for 0.5%, 1%, 3%, or 6% foam mixing.
  • Medium version: Includes a 3.5” (88.9mm) inlet coupling with NH, NPSH or BSP thread; flow rates of 1 000 or 1 250gpm (3 800 or 4 800lpm). Equipped with 1% or 3% foam orifice plates and cut metal fog teeth for easy fog adjustment.
  • Large version: Features a 3.5” (88.9mm) NH or 4.0” (100mm) BSP inlet coupling; flow rates of 1 500 or 2 000 GPM (5 700 or 7 600lpm). Offers 1% or 3% foam orifice plates and a 2.0” (52mm) nozzle camlock connection size for secure attachments.
4. FoamJet compatibility for enhanced foam performance
The small version of the MasterFoam Nozzle can easily integrate with the FJ-LX-M FoamJet for enhanced foam performance.

5. Improved safety and precision
The nozzle’s internal stream straighteners guarantee optimal stream performance and accuracy, minimising unnecessary exposure of firefighters to hazardous environments.

6. Versatility with foam attachment and adjustable pressure
The MasterFoam Nozzle can be used as a standalone nozzle for general firefighting tasks or it can be converted to a foam-pouring function by attaching a foam attachment and reducing the pressure.

7. Streamlined operation with ergonomic design
Designed for easy operation, the MasterFoam Nozzle includes features such as ergonomic handles and spring-loaded aluminium folding handles on medium and large versions, allowing for quick adjustments of the fog pattern.

8. Cost-effective solution with efficient foam usage
The MasterFoam Nozzle offers excellent value for money, providing long-lasting durability and efficient foam usage.

9. Wide range of configurations
The MasterFoam Nozzle is available in a range of configurations, from small to large versions, to accommodate various flow needs.

The Task Force Tips MasterFoam Nozzle is a highly versatile and efficient tool that enhances both the safety and effectiveness of fire suppression efforts. Its combination of advanced foam technology, adjustable flow patterns, and the option to easily switch between water and foam makes it a standout choice for fire departments worldwide. The ability to integrate with FoamJet attachments, along with features like self-educting foam proportioning, stream straighteners and ergonomic handles, makes it an invaluable asset for tackling a wide range of firefighting scenarios. Whether dealing with structural fires, hazardous material incidents or large-scale industrial blazes, the MasterFoam Nozzle is a must-have in any firefighting arsenal.
