Fitness: Push ups with rows
This is a challenging exercise that will help improve overall full body strength. Place two dumbbells on the floor and grip them, palms facing each other, while assuming a push-up position. Take two seconds to lower your body until your chest is about two inches above the floor. Push yourself back up. In the up position, bring your right hand (with the db in it) to your armpit and squeeze your shoulder blade back while balancing on the left-hand dumbbell. Lower the weight and repeat the move with your left arm.
