Fitness: FRF Update and Firefighter Fitness 101
Hey FRF Nation, I wanted to give an update on the FRF 5K Virtual Workout. There is still time to enter! And, wanted to give a quick 101 overview on working out to improve performance and health. Create time for workouts; three to four times per week. Stick to the workout basics: Active warm-up, core, full-body strength, intervals and recovery. Work on habits!
