2024 off to a rush!
And bang! 2024 is off to a great start with little time for rethinking the past.
We work hard to bring you this weekly newsletter and appreciate all the time and effort that you spend on submitting the relevant incident reports, photos, videos and information so we are able to share it with all first responders. Hopefully, some lessons can be learned from this.

If there are any article topics or information you want to read about or share in upcoming editions of Fire and Rescue International magazine and the Disaster Management Journal or issues you would like to discuss, please drop me an email so we can provide our first responder and disaster management fraternity with the best information and tools as possible.
2024 will have a number of fire fighting competitions, shows and conferences and we are working on keeping our website up to date with the information and contact details for these events. Share yours, please!
And then lastly, a reminder to submit interesting and/or extraordinary photos in high resolution for the FRI Images competition in Fire and Rescue International magazine. You could just be the winner that takes home the R2 000 prize! All winners are also featured on our web site home page.
