Fitness: Four minute stretch routine to improve performance
Here is a quick and easy way to improve your flexibility and overall mobility. I have workout ADD and was skipping my stretching so I came up with these four-minute stretch sessions. It’s easy to do, just set an interval timer for 20 seconds at 12 rounds, choose six stretches and perform them two times. This session I did these stretches: Chest stretch Hamstring stretch 1 Hamstring stretch 2 Hip flexor 1 Hip flexor 2 Low back (down dog modified) Repeat Give this a try!
