Fitness: One-minute mobility routine (squat, good morning, chest hugs)
Here is an easy and effective one-minute routine to help you warm-up before a shift or a workout. You can also perform this quick routine a couple times during the day to help improve mobility and performance. Perform each movement for 20 seconds in a circuit.
