Fitness: Single leg Romanian deadlift

​This is a great exercise to stretch tight hamstrings, improve balance and strengthen the glutes. This is a great active warm-up movement to prepare you for a workout or shift. Muscle groups Involved:  Low back, hamstrings, glutes, core. Stand on your right foot with your left foot raised behind you and arms hanging down in front of you. Keeping the natural arch in your spine, push your hips back and lower your hands and upper body towards the floor. Try to keep your right leg slightly bent. Reach down as far as you can, aiming for the floor. Pause at the bottom of the motions and then squeeze your glutes and press your heel into the floor to return to an upright position. Do all the reps on one side and then repeat the exercise on the other leg. Control the motion and go slowly. Repeat as directed by your FRF workout and your level of fitness.
