Fitness: Mogul jumps
Start in a push up position, bring your knees under your hips so you are in a bear plank position. Keep your feet together and jump to one side with both feet, angle the legs and soft-land during the jump, your hip turns in, your knees point outward the hands remain in the starting position. Then quickly jump back to the opposite side. Always keep the back as straight as possible.
