Once again the facility received certification for the manufacture and distribution of a range of products. Together with the long relationship and commitment to quality, AECI Specialty Chemicals has been awarded the right to manufacture and distribute DrSthamer Class A foams and the UltraWet wetting agents. The latter is specifically indicated for the combat of wildfires.
Since products are manufactured and tested for quality control in the Gauteng facilities, the laboratories can and are utilised to conduct routine customer sample testing to ensure that the product on the customer’s site still conforms with specifications.
Coupled with the above, AECI Specialty Chemicals can offer the whole spectrum of fire fighting foams including the latest fluorine free foams, alcohol resistant foams and products carrying specific approvals obtained from the manufacturing facilities in Hamburg, Germany.

Stocks of common products are available ex works, however, for large volumes or should there be an emergency, manufacture of fresh foam can commence in extremely short time.
