The FireDos DZ1000 portable proportioner, the innovative alternative to Venturi proportioners: perfect proportioning, on time, every time. The DZ1000 portable proportioner has been developed, especially for different firefighting scenarios. Highly versatile for mobile use, the DZ1000 guarantees precise foam concentrate proportioning across the entire operating range, from 140l/min to 1 000l/min. It takes only a few turns to switch between the proportioning rates of 3%, 1% and 0.3% during operation.
The DZ1000 portable proportioner offers wetting agent production at a flow rate of 90l/min. The reduced surface tension allows the wetting agent to deeply soak into the substance on fire.

The compact all-rounder
The mobile pressure proportioner is extremely compact and its weight of just 45kg makes carrying by two persons easy. It was designed for all foam agents commonly used by fire services.
In addition, the DZ1000 is appropriate for all jet nozzle types, independently of their height difference, eg, when used on aerial ladders and ideally suited for intermittent nozzle operation.
