FireWeb incident management product updates
|

As we welcome in the new year, we are pleased to introduce significant enhancements to the FireWeb platform. Our dedicated analyst and development team have diligently worked on various upgrades over the past quarter. These improvements include heightened GIS functionality, streamlined workflow rules, advanced quality management tools, expanded items and equipment functions, comprehensive false alarm management and enriched reporting capabilities. Additionally, we've introduced features to cater for overtime and standby management.
Throughout the past year, our central focus has been on elevating the quality of information gathered by users. To achieve this, we've introduced functionality that mandates incident reports to progress through workflow states only when all required fields are completed. Administrators now have the flexibility to define these mandatory fields, ensuring precise data collection for statistical purposes. Reports advancing through workflow stages trigger timely email notifications to designated user or management groups, facilitating prompt verification.
Our GIS integration capabilities have been enhanced to provide users with valuable real-time spatial information. This empowers users to seamlessly search through layers, access information directly from the data source, and interrogate areas during major incidents or disasters, all directly within the FireWeb platform.
We've expanded our cost analysis capabilities by allowing users to pre-load tariff sheets for additional items and equipment. This functionality seamlessly integrates with existing billing features, ensuring inclusion in generated accounts and incident cost analysis reports.
To better support management in meeting specific data requirements, we've broadened our report functionality. These reports, featuring custom grouping as well as graphs and tables, allow users to easily filter and export data for further analysis.
Our new overtime functionality empowers users with efficient standby and overtime record management. This includes seamless schedule updates, marking availability and precise monitoring of work hours beyond the standard shifts.
